1. Order Placement and Payment

1.1. Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website or other designated channels. Your order is subject to acceptance by us. 

1.2. All order requires a deposit to be paid to secure your booking no later than 48 hours after receiving the booking confirmation. 

1.3. In the event that we accept an order request with less than a 2-week notice, full payment must be confirmed to proceed.

2. Pricing

The prices on our website are guide prices, and the full and final price will be confirmed once a consultation is completed. 

3. Delivery

3.1. Delivery Zones: We offer delivery services within the M25. 

3.2. Recommendation For most cakes, except for Wedding Cakes, we suggest collection from our premises unless otherwise advised

3.3. Delivery Times: We aim to deliver your order within the specified time window. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

​4. Quality and Satisfaction

We take pride in the quality of our cakes. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or collection, and provide photographic evidence if necessary. We will then review your complaint and, if needed, provide an appropriate resolution.

5. Refund Policy

5.1.We do not offer refunds for any deposits or orders that have been collected. This policy is in compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as our products are perishable and tailor-made to your specifications.

5.2. In the event a cancellation is required up to 1 week prior, a deposit can not be saved and used for any future order unless agreed in writing.

We make every effort to identify and disclose potential allergens in our products. However, our cakes are prepared in a kitchen where allergens may be present. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
